VISION

Beery is a Beverage Retail and E-Commerce Brand that is a part of Lennor food group in the F&B industry. Beery’s Vision is to be the number one provider of unique drinks within beverage consumers in the Philippines.

MISSION

To provide and introduce quality and unique drinks that are out of the radar in the beverage consumer market. Using Beery’s platform to introduce brands local and international that have potential to scale in our consumer demographic market. Beery’s brand will connect the brand to be more accessible and mainstream towards the industry.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing at Beery!
Returns will not be accepted unless the products that are delivered are with defects or with damages. Products that are unopened, sealed and unused are valid for returns. External damages like on wear and tear like boxes, seals and cans and likes are not accepted for returns. Within 24 hours upon receiving the product, any notice of damage or defects must be informed immediately before sending back the items to Beery. Our return policy is only accepted up to 24 hours upon receiving the product. Notice must be sent immediately. It should include (1) Order number, (2) proof of defects, (3) description of the issue (4) Time the order received. Returns will not be accepted if requisites for returns are not met and the proof are sent after 24 hours on receiving the order.

Refunds (IF APPLICABLE)
If your order is eligible for return, your refund will be processed within a certain amount of period with your specific payment method. Refunds for store pick-up and cash payments are not available, you may opt to have in store credits to purchase the same amount of products to your initial purchase.

Late / Missing Orders
We may arrange your late or missing orders directly or you may contact your bank to refund it. If you have done this and is still not refunded. Please contact us at support@lennorfood.com
